Recently, the Rural Action Summit in Prescott, AZ gathered progressive organizers, democratic activists, volunteers and PC's for Direct Voter Contact Training for rural Arizona.
Personal canvassing, phone banking and social media contacts are the most effective means of increasing voter turnout for an election. Jay Ruby, Events Chair for the Yavapai County Democratic Party, hosted a full-day of training for several dozen leaders, organizers, volunteers and supporters to turn Arizona Blue in 2022!
In this episode, the summit organized several statewide candidates to address the attendees. You'll hear from Democrats: Congressman Tom O'Halleran, Kris Mayes for AZ Attorney General, Martin Quezada for AZ State Treasurer, Lauren Kuby for AZ Corp. Commission, and Kathy Hoffman AZ State Superintendent of Public Instruction. And John Lutes, Chair, Yavapai County Democratic Party.
A big thank you to our sponsor the Maricopa County Democratic Party for its support. Please visit the MCDP website to volunteer your time and donate to help elect Democrats from the bottom to the top of the ballot in 2022.
